CAN YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE OF PHOTOGRAPHY
I would say my work has an editorial influence. The sessions are romantic with a high-fashion style. I love guiding you both into beautiful poses and capturing your love and interactions.
My gift is to make you feel comfortable, so you are able to open up in front of the camera. Then I can effortlessly capture the essence of who you are.
With a high-fashion style; my photo-shoots are fun, exciting, energetic and full of laughter, romance and fabulousness.
HOW MANY IMAGES DO I RECEIVE?
You will receive around 40 or more full resolution images per each hour of photography booked. (Please note: this is an estimate, not a guarantee).
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOGRAPHS?
I will endeavour to have your photographs ready and delivered to you within 8 weeks.
Requested rush delivery of editing (Jump to the top of the queue) will incur an extra charge.
CAN WE SEE ANY IMAGES QUICKER?
Please feel free to inform me of 1-2 images that stood out for you during the photo-shoot. I will send you those as previews within the 1-5 days after the photo-shoot. I’m always showing clients the back of the camera… so just tell me ‘That ONE!!’ 🙂
For the full collection: We edit and deliver each wedding fairly in order of shoot date in order for us to deliver your images within the 8 weeks.
If you wish to see your full collection images quicker, a rush delivery of editing fee (Jump to the top of the queue) is available at 800€ for events less than 8 hours and 1000€ for events less than 14 hours.
HOW WILL MY PHOTOGRAPHS BE DELIVERED?
Your final beautifully edited (colour, tone and signature style) images are supplied as digital images in jpeg format at full resolution. Full resolution means a high resolution digital file, from which you are able to create your own albums and prints for sharing with family and friends.
I use online transfer services to upload and send you your photographs. You will receive email notification of this. From this link you can download your photographs to your computer.

HOW DOES IT WORK WITH ALBUMS?
Once your lovely photographs have been delivered through our online gallery system. You will be guided to choose your favourite images. Through the ”Select My Favourites’ Option. When you have finished selecting you can then save this and select ”Send Favourites to Admin” This would send me all your selected images that you would like to appear in your album.
From there we begin the design process. You will be sent proofs of the final design. Once you are happy with the proof, this layout design is then sent to our album suppliers who hand make your beautiful album. It takes 3-4 weeks for them to hand make your album.
DO YOU RETOUCH OUR IMAGES?
I aim to get everything as perfect as possible in camera. Images are edited in terms of exposure, cropping, colour, tone and contrast to my specific editing style.
Any retouching such as; skin airbrushing, image manipulation or re- construction that is requested by the client will incur an additional charge per image.
LOOKING GREAT ON YOUR PHOTOS
Hiring a great professional hair and make up artist DOES make a huge difference. They know how to get you camera ready.
Take the opportunity to be pampered and look and feel like a movie star.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED?
In 3 hours you can cover 3-4 locations/ monuments depending on where they are. Less if you are changing clothes between locations.
More time equals more locations and possibilities.
The amount of hours in time you chose starts from the first picture we take.
For the VIP Collection your time starts when the van picks you up. The closer your hotel is to your first location the more time you have to take photos.
CAN I PICK THE LOCATIONS FOR THE PHOTO-SHOOT?
Absolutely! Tell us your absolute preferred locations/ monuments or ideas and let me design the rest!
I will then present you with a plan that is achievable for your time allowance. From this I can recommend a start time if you require that.
You could also leave the portraits entirely in our creative hands. Upon booking, all details will be planned together.
DOES CLAIRE ORGANISE TRANSPORT DURING THE SESSION?
Unless you book the VIP collection, transportation is the responsibility of the client.
You are welcome to hire a chauffeur service, some recommendations are provided on your ‘Recommended Suppliers List’.
You can also use Paris taxis, UBER or the underground. (These options are not the best choice as waiting times can vary dramatically).
**I have an assistant so It’s necessary to consider 2 seats in your chosen transport for us. I’ve found that a van such as a Mercedes van is a great option. Also great for changing in, as they have blacked out windows.**
WHAT TIME OF DAY IS BEST FOR THE SESSION?
Please speak to me about the best time of day for your photo-shoot. As light and other variables change throughout the year. If you are requiring a specific location this may need to be photographed at a certain time of the day too. As a rule it’s best to avoid outdoor mid day harsh light (12-4PM) during the summer months. My favourite times to start shooting are 1 to 2 hours after sunrise and 2-3 hours into sunset. Depending on the length of your photo-shoot. And of course I love night shoots. Please note in the Summer, night falls very late. In June it is impossible for a night shoot because it doesn’t get dark until around 10:30-11 pm.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Be flexible and smile about it! Bring an umbrella for some cute and wonderful photos. If the rain is strong, we’ll stop for a coffee and wait out the intensity. There are many locations in Paris that are under cover for pretty photos.
In some cases, changing your start time, or rescheduling may be considered, pending agreement.
VIP COLLECTION DETAILS
I will arrange a chauffeur driven van for us to take us around Paris for the photo-shoot locations. It includes pick up and drop off from your hotel. You are welcome to change outfits in this if you wish. Please note the collection is for 4 hours including van pick up and drop off. So the closer your hotel is to the monuments the more time you will have to shoot.
You can add additional hours to this collection if you wish.
Hair and Make up: This includes 1 look hair and make up for the lovely lady. Any additional looks for her or any make up/ hair for him must be arranged directly with the hair & make up artist as an optional extra subject to availability.
Claire Morris Photography will supply the digital photographs licensed to you for Personal Use.
Personal Use = printing, sharing or displaying electronically with family and friends only. You may print the images as many times as you like for yourselves and friends and family. You can also make your own photograph albums should you wish to.
If you wish to pass the images to a third party for commercial use, you must first obtain Claire Morris Photography’s written consent.
If the images are posted on social media we ask kindly that they are accredited to Claire Morris Photography. This is purely to help promote our business. We’d love to see your friends who love your photographs booking with us in the future.
CAN YOU PROVIDE THE RAW FILES?
Editing an image like the ones you see on the website have the Claire Morris Photography unique signature style of editing. Therefore we never provide unfinished work in Raw format.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR THE SESSION?
Paris is the kind of place where you dress up. Take this as an opportunity to embrace your inner Parisian and go with something more formal. Think cocktail party to ballroom outfit.
However if this look does not suit you – go with what works for you. If you are unsure on which outfit to wear, feel free to send us photographs of your outfits so that we can give you advice on what would photograph best.
Please bring minimal valuables to the photo-shoot. Remember this is a big city. I wouldn’t recommend putting anything other than a coat down unattended. So anything you bring you are responsible to carry. If you have a driver you may be able to leave belongings in the vehicle at your own risk.
DO YOU DIRECT US AND HELP WITH POSING?
Don’t worry, you will get lots of tips and direction to help you look and feel confident and amazing. This is where I shine the most. 😉 Just relax and enjoy!
WILL WE APPEAR ON YOUR BLOG AND SOCIAL MEDIA?
After the photo-shoot, I sometimes post a ‘sneak peek preview’ on social media for you to tag, share and enjoy. This is so you have 1 image to enjoy whilst your images are being processed which can take up to 6 weeks. If you do not want this just let us know.
I photograph all of my client photo-shoot projects with blogging/ displaying on my website in mind. This inspires me to be a better photographer and challenge my own creativity.
Claire Morris Photography will not submit your images to a third party such as: online wedding blogs or magazines without your permission.’
The booking fee (deposit) is 50%. You can pay this deposit using your debit or credit card through PayPal’s secure payment service. For the deposit I have waived the payment transfer charges and fees.
This deposit secures the price, time and services of the photographer for the wedding date. It is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by Claire Morris Photography due to cancellation.
The balance can be paid in cash euros on the day. Or before your wedding date via PayPal (with transfer charges added at 5%)

*Upon booking I will supply an amazing list of recommended suppliers who can help you with everything you could need for your photo-shoot: hair/make-up – video – hotels etc.
